Dear Diary, Today I decided to tell them. My long-eared friends. I thought it would make a difference. They guffawed. It was easier for them to make fun of me than to try to understand. Understand that I want to tear my ears off. I hate these goddamn ears ! Enid, on the other hand, was always attentive and protective of me, even when I didn’t know what to say. I thought that would be enough. That, with her by my side, things would eventually work out... I was soooo Wrong.
